It is well known that CNS use clues to form impression of perceived object in the process of perception. The reliance on clue shouldn’t be unique to visual perception. We should also expect that auditory perception also utilize clue in forming the precept. Now it is the question of what exactly are these clues in auditory perception. Moreover, are mechanisms for perception process unique to each sense or they both share similar process/mechanism, i.e. Does both senses using the same mechanism to process the data obtained from different sensory organs? Or this mechanism utilize by both sense is established as an abstraction over two sets of data?
